High Desert Contractors is a Santa Fe-based general contractor specializing in custom homes, high-end remodels, and thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces. With decades of hands-on experience, we’ve built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing things the right way.

We believe the best homes come from understanding the people who will live in them. Every project starts with listening to our clients—their ideas, their priorities, and how they want their home to look and feel. From there, we work closely with homeowners, architects, and skilled local trades to bring that vision to life.

From early planning and permitting through construction and the final walkthrough, HDC manages every phase of the project. Our clients have one experienced team overseeing the details, coordinating the work, and keeping communication clear throughout the process. We take pride in being organized, responsive, and personally involved from beginning to end.
